Ingredients:-
450g Glutinous Flour (4 cups), 150g Wheat Flour (1 1/3 cups)
600g Slab sugar, 3 tbsp corn oil, 2 3/4 cups of water,
6 pcs Dried dates.
材料:-
450克 糯米粉 (4 杯), 150克 澄麵(1 1/3 杯)
600克 片糖,3 湯匙粟米油,2 3/4 杯清水,
6 粒紅棗。
Method : -
1) Glutinous flour & wheat flour mix together & sieve well.
2) Boil slab sugar with water in low heat until all melt, add oil, mix well.
Leave until warm.
3) Pour warm sugar water gradually into the flour, stir until smooth & filter.
4) Pour the paste in a pre-oiled cake dish. Decorate with dried dates.
Steam over high heat for 1 1/2 hour.
5) Leave it cool and slice, coat both sides with
corn flour, then dip with beaten egg, heat oil and pan fry until crispy & serve!
做法:-
1) 糯米粉,澄麵同篩勻放大盆中。
2) 片糖用清水慢火煮溶,加入油攪勻。待略涼。
3) 將溫暖糖水逐歩加入粉料中,攪至均勻;過濾。
4) 倒麵漿入已揸油之糕盆內,飾上紅棗,大火蒸約 1 1/2 小時。
5) 雪冻後切片,撲上粟粉,再沾上旦汁,下油煎香供食。
