CHINESE RICE & NOODLES 7. -Fried Rice In Yeung Chow Style 楊州炒飯

Ingredients:-
1 big bowl of cooked rice.
1 bowl of barbecued pork or roast pork. (cut cubes shape)
1 bowl of frozen prawns (cut cubes shape)
3 eggs (beaten & fry to make egg sheet)
3 stalks of spring onion (diced)

材料:-
白飯 1 大湯碗
叉燒或燒肉 1 碗 (切大粒)
急凍中蝦肉 1 碗. (切大粒)
旦 3 只 (打勻,炒成半熟旦皮)
䓤 3 條 (切粒)

Method : -
1) Season the shrimps with salt & pepper, fry until half cooked, take out.
2) High heat to fry the pork with oil until smell good, then add in the cooked rice,
put in salt and sugar for taste, stir fry until rice jump up.
3) Add the prawns & fried egg sheet , in the meantime cut egg sheet to
smaller pcs. while frying.
4) Add in the spring onion, stir fry few second. Dish up & serve!

做法:-
1) 虾粒用塩及古月粉稠味,下油炒至半熟。
2) 用大火炒香义燒或燒肉粒,下白飯、加入塩及糖稠味,兜炒至飯粒跳起。
3) 加入虾粒及旦皮,同時用摌將旦皮切成小塊。
4) 加入葱粒,兜炒片刻,盛起供食。
