CHINESE PORK 3 -Spicy Pepper Salt Ribs. 椒鹽排骨

Ingredients:-
2 big slices of spare ribs ( cut small squares)
4 shallots (sliced)
2 stalks of spring onion (diced)
Spicy salt.

材料:-
排骨 2 條 (切小方塊),4 粒紅葱头切片,葱 2 条切粒,椒盐適量。

Method:-
1) Spare ribs marinate with soya sauce, sugar, wine, white pepper & sesame oil.
2) Ribs coat with potato starch and fry both side until slightly brown & crispy.
Take out.
3) Heat oil fry shallot until smell and put ribs back in, stir fry 2 minutes and add
diced spring onion, sprinkle with spicy salt, dish up & serve.

做法:-
1) 排骨用生抽、糖、酒、古月粉及麻油稠味片刻。
2) 排骨撲上生粉,下油煎至金黃香脆,盛起。
3) 下油爆香紅䓤頭,排骨回鑊炒片刻,下䓤粒,兜勻,洒上椒鹽,上桌。
