CHINESE STIR FRY 6 -MELON WHITE WITH MUSHROOM 夏日小炒

Ingredients:-
Watermelon skin white few pcs.
Flowering chives 1 bunch.
Dried Shittake mushroom few pcs.
Pork neck l pc. (sliced)

材料: -
西瓜皮 1/4 個 (取出白色部份)
韮菜花 1 扎。
干冬菇數只(浸軟切絲),
枚头豬肉一塊切絲。

Method : -
1) Watermelon cut out the white part and slice,
2) Flowering chives cut 2 inches long; mushroom soak until tender & slice.
3) marinated pork & mushroom slices with soya sauce, sugar, sesame oil, wine,
white pepper & corn flour.
4) heat wok with oil, stir fry pork slices till brown, add in the mushroom
& watermelon slices fry for a while, add 1/2 bowl of water, stir fry until
the melon slices tender, add in the flowering chives fry evenly, use flour
solution (1 tsp corn flour melt with 1/2 bowl of water) to thicken the sauce.
Arrange on plate, serve!

做法:-
1) 西瓜切出白色部份,切絲。
2) 韮菜花切2吋段,冬菇浸軟切絲。
3) 豬肉絲及冬菇絲分別用:生抽、糖、麻油、酒、古月粉和生粉醃好。
4) 開熱鑊下油炒肉絲至金黃,加入冬菇、瓜皮炒透,加入小半碗水兜炒
至瓜皮略軟,才加韮菜花段兜炒均勻,下生粉水埋芡,上碟供食。
