Ingredients:-
1/2 cup Muesli (or old corn flakes)
1/2 cup coconut, 1/2 cup rolled oats,
1/2 cup S R flour, 1/4 cup raw sugar,
100 g. Butter, 1 tsp. sesame seeds,
1 egg, 2 tsp. honey, 2 tbsp. sultanas.
材料:-
早歺麥片或脆片 1/2 杯
椰絲 1/2 杯,麥皮 1/2 杯,
自發粉 1/2 杯,黃糖 1/4 杯,
牛油 100 克, 芝麻 1 茶匙,
旦 1 只,蜜糖 2 茶匙,提子干 1 湯匙。
Method : -
1) Preheat oven to 200c.
2) Combine muesli, coconut, oats, flour, sugar, sesame seeds and sultanas.
3) Make a well in centre of dry ingredients and add egg, melted butter and honey, mix well.
4) Place mixture balls onto greased tray, press to biscuits shape.
5) Bake 10 to 15 minutes until brown. Leave it cool & serve.
做法:-
1) 預熱焗爐 200度。
2) 混合所有干材料。
3) 干材料中心開一穴,加入旦汁、軟牛油及蜜糖,搓勻。
4) 搓成球型排放牛油紙上,略壓成餅干型。
5) 焗10-15 分鐘至金黃色。取出掠凍,可享用或存放。
