Ingredients:-
Chicken middle wings 1 kg.
Marinate with Soya sauce, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper,
ginger wine and corn flour for 1 hour. 1 bowl of honey.
*Ginger wine:- Shred ginger soak with some wine,drain the wine to use.
材料:-
鸡中翼 1 公斤
用生抽,糖,麻油,古月粉,羌汁酒及生粉醃 1 小時。蜜糖 1 碗。
*羌汁酒:- 羌一塊刨絲浸紹酒中,隔渣可用。
Method:-
1)Prepare a baking tray, add 1/2 inch of water. Arrange the chicken wings on
a foil covered rack, foil cut holes. Put inside the baking tray. (this method make
the rack easy to clean and keep the wings moisture).
2)Put in the preheated 200* oven to upper grill bake until golden
(approx. 15 mins.)
brush a layer of honey on the wings, bake 5 mins. until brown,
turn to the other side brush a layer of honey too, bake until brown.
Ready to serve.
做法:-
1) 用一焗盆放入半吋水,烤架舖上錫紙,刺些孔,排放好雞翼,放在焗盆中。
(此做法可使烤架容易清洗及能保存雞翼之濕潤)
2)放入已預熱之200*之烤爐內(用上烤功能)焗至金黃(约15分鐘),
掃上蜜糖, 再焗至焦香(約5分鐘), 反轉另一面,掃上蜜糖烤至焦黄,
便可享用。
