CHINESE PORK 2 -Spare Ribs Cook With Taro In Coconut Milk. 椰汁芋頭炆排 骨

Ingredients:-
Spare ribs 2 long slices ( cut small squares)
Taro 1 pc. (Skin & cut small squares , steam until tender)
Shallots 3 pcs. (sliced), garlic 3 pcs. (sliced)
Sauce:- Coconut milk 1 cup, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper & 1 cup of water.

材料:-
排骨 2 大條 (切小方塊)
芋頭 1 塊 (切小方塊,隔水蒸軟)
紅葱头 3 粒(切片),蒜頭 3 粒(切片)
汁:- 椰汁 1 杯,蠔油,糖,古月粉及水1杯。

Method:-
1) Spare ribs marinate with soya sauce, sugar, wine, white pepper & sesame oil.
2) Spare ribs coat with potato starch & pan fry until both sides slightly brown.
Take out.
3) Heat oil fry shallots and garlic, put in taro pcs. stir fry 5 minutes,
add sauce to cook until taro very soft and sauce become thick,
put spare ribs to cook for 15 minutes until ribs get the flavor,
sprinkle diced spring onion. Dish up & serve..

做法:-
1) 排骨用生抽、糖、酒、古月粉及麻油稠味片刻。
2) 排骨撲上生粉煎至金黃,盛起。
3) 下油爆香紅蔥及蒜片,放入芋頭炒片刻,加入汁料煮至芋頭夠冧,而汁轉濃;
下排骨煮約 15 分鐘至入味,灑上䓤粒,上桌供食。

  1. This was yummy. Thanks for the recipe. I had one problem. The ribs needed extra time to become tender, but by that time the taro was dissolving. Any tips?
